Бионсе грабна три статуетки – за най-добра певица, най-добра песен и най-добър клип.

Еминем победи в категорията за най-добър изпълнител мъж, като пребори Джей-Зи, Кание Уест, Мика иРоби Уилямс.

Джей-Зи обаче си тръгна с наградата за най-добър ърбън изпълнител. 

Сред останалите печеливши са още Грийн Дей, U2, Лейди Гага, Пласибо, Линкин Парк.
